This is one of the most important steps in your process because it determines how soon you can buy and how much you can afford. Here at McCray Properties, we have preferred lenders on our team that can get you pre-qualified TODAY! If for some reason you apply and you are not pre-qualified that’s No problem! A lot of our clients are not pre-qualified on the first try, the good thing is our experienced lenders will let you know step by step what you need to work on so that you are 100% ready the next time you apply.
